Our carefully curated events welcome businesses that align with our holistic health values.

 

We prioritize local, small, and artisan goods and services offering holistic wellness, alternative therapies, all things metaphysical, intuitive and energy practices, natural body and home products, and eco-friendly lifestyle goods. 

We expect our vendors to help us foster a sense of commUnity, engage with a positive attitude, and inspire attendees to explore new ideas in a non-sales-pitchy, judgement-free, go with the flow, kind-of-way.

If this sounds like your cup of (herbal) tea, then we welcome you with open arms. 

HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Before applying, please read through our Vendor Terms & FAQs. This will help you know what to expect from the event and what is expected of you as a vendor. It can answer your questions, and help determine if this event is right for you.

Step 1

Complete the Vendor Application. You only need to submit one application per year.

Step 2

View pricing, select booth type, and purchase a booth for the event(s) you wish to exhibit at.

AFTER YOU APPLY & PAY

After you apply and purchase your booth, consider yourself approved. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS DENIED or if we already filled your category, we will immediately refund your booth purchase and notify you via email.

 

If you are approved, you will receive an email one month before the event with tips on how to market the event to your tribe, one week before the event with 'day of' information, and one day before the event with parking, WIFI, booth assignments, etc... 

We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase all booths for the year as soon as possible and take advantage of early bird pricing, if you are interested. Our booths sell out extremely fast.

We’re not the giant expo guys that charge exorbitant vendor fees, put up expensive billboards, and hope for the best. Nor are we the 'hello vendor #24368' kind of folks.


We keep our booth fees low while investing into professional marketing and advertising to draw in a quality, targeted audience of local, like-minded people. We also get to know you by name, share helpful resources, and treat you like family.


At the Holistic Health Fair, not only will you connect with people eager to learn (and shop) what you offer, but you'll also have the chance to network, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships with other businesses that can have a lasting impact on your success.

Large Fan Base

We started hosting holistic events in 2019 and have developed an active, eager audience of over 7,000+ subscribers and followers ever since (and growing). Our events typically draw in between 350-500+ attendees, which many vendors have commented, is the perfect amount of traffic without overwhelm. Because we don't pack our vendors in like sardines, there's more than plenty of attendee 'attention' to go around.

Wide Vendor Variety

Each event is carefully curated to ensure a wide variety of goods, services and speakers. We limit each vendor category to prevent over-saturation of any one type of business. We also strictly limit 'big business' and MLM companies to ensure the majority of our vendors are local, small, and artisanal. This establishes a balanced platform for our attendees as well as vendors.

Beyond the Event

As an approved vendor, our support for you doesn't stop after the event ends, it continues throughout the year. Vendors get free placement in our yearly directory as well as featured posts on our social media platforms. We also offer a Premium Vendor Marketing Plan for a nominal monthly fee to boost traffic to your business.

We Advertise You

Over 35% of all booth fees go directly to advertising: extensive email campaigns, paid social media and Google ads, listings in online directories, and paid print ads. On average, our advertising reaches 25,000 - 40,000+ people. We are not your average 'mom & pop' show when it comes to our marketing. We take your investment seriously.

A FRIENDLY REQUEST FROM THE ORGANIZER

As an event organizer with hundreds of vendors, I kindly request that you make an effort to find the answers to your questions within the Vendor Terms & FAQs before reaching out to me. While I would love to personally assist each vendor, there simply isn't enough time in the day for me to address inquiries that can be resolved by reviewing the provided information.

However, if you have read through the vendor information and still require clarification, I am happy to help. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation. Taking the personal initiative to seek answers yourself will contribute to a successful event for all.
