What Foods are Associated with the Chakras

All energy flowing throughout our bodies is grouped into specific chakras. In an optimal state of well being, your energy will flow seamlessly from one chakra to the next.

Sometimes things like stress and anxiety can cause our chakras to become blocked which can result in a vast array of physical, mental, emotional, and temperamental manifestations.

Blocked chakras will require some work to return them to their natural state. This can be done with certain exercises like yoga, crystals, meditation, and even food.

Let’s take a closer look at what foods are associated with each chakra so you can support your chakras for optimal health.

Root Chakra

The root chakra, located at the base of the spine and pelvic floor, is the foundation from which all the rest of the chakras flow.

When this chakra is operating optimally, you will feel grounded, secure, and safe. The color associated with this chakra is red, so foods that are red in color will help promote healing.
