Have you ever heard the phrase "you are what you eat"? Of course you have! Now let's translate that to “you are what you think”.

Just like what we eat becomes the flesh of who we are, what we think, determines much of our experience in life.

When we think positively, we are magnetized with positive energy, and when we think negatively, we are magnetized with negative energy.

In addition to our health, wealth, and love, we can also influence our success in life through our inner thoughts.

What are Mantras?

Mantras are words or phrases spoken repeatedly to attract what the word or phrase is vibrationally. For example, saying the word joy many times in a row can shift you into a state of joy.

Mantras have been used for centuries to anchor and focus the mind through the repetition of a word or phrase. The sound of this repetition is not only calming but can instill in us the belief in what we are saying as well as attract what we're saying to us vibrationally.

Mantras can be especially calming during periods of stress, grief, and big life changes.

These repeated phrases can be used during meditation to help improve awareness and concentration whether you choose to speak them out loud or silently in your head.

Mantras create sound frequencies to help you delve into deeper levels of consciousness. These phrases can also be used as positive affirmations to rewire the way we think and banish negative thoughts completely.

There’s really no right or wrong way to do this. Find a mantra that resonates with you or write your own to experience their benefits firsthand.

Recite daily, ideally first thing in the morning. Start with a shorter period of time and work your way up to a longer session.
