Jenny's Reflexology is presented by Jennifer Gale, ND, the Urban Naturopath. Reflexology is a science based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands relative to every organ, gland or part of the body.
It’s goal is to encourage the release of blockages/congestion in and around the 7,200 nerve endings in the feet while stimulating circulation and improving nerve and blood supply throughout the entire energy system.
Reflexology sessions start with a foot cleansing and hypoallergenic lotion is used on the feet during the session. Clients relax in a gravity chair and can use a blanket for extra comfort during the session. Clients can also use their time if they like, to ask a Certified Naturopath any natural health questions they may have.
