Are you a vendor interested in purchasing a booth at our upcoming Holistic Health Fair? Great! This form will allow you to apply as a vendor and purchase your booth. If you are not approved as a vendor, you will be refunded immediately upon notice of rejection.

By purchasing a vendor booth, also known as exhibitor booth, you agree to and are responsible for knowing, all the vendor terms and conditions outlined here

Once approved, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. 

ONLY 1 VENDOR BUSINESS PER BOOTH (2 people maximum at booth) - NO SHARED BOOTHS.

Please Note: All readers, psychics, intuitives, mediums, and the like, must schedule a 15 minute sample reading with Debra, the event organizer, prior to approval to ensure a quality, authentic experience for all our attendees. Once you complete the application and pay for your booth, please email info@holistichealthfair.org with the request to schedule the sample reading within 7 days of application submission. 

Acceptance to participate in any of our events is contingent upon approval. Vendor must provide completed application AND payment in order to be considered for approval.

The State requires all event promoters (Holistic Health Fair included) to submit vendor registration information for every event hosted in the state. The information below is required, will be held securely, and provided ONLY to the State as per law.

 

Even if you are a vendor from out of state, you are still required to submit your state's sales tax account number, EIN or social security number. Failure to provide this information can result in state fines and a rejection of vendor registration. 

ONLY IF YOU ARE AN EXEMPT VENDOR, Select from the options below indicating WHY you are exempt.

Booth Options & Pricing

This event offers both table booth spaces and premium booth spaces.

 

*Table booth spaces are not full "convention center expo" size. They will not fit large booth structures. If you have a larger display, you'll need to purchase 2 booth spaces or a premium space. 


Booth Options​

Interior Table Booth :  

The Interior booth is found within the inner space of the room, NOT against a wall. Booth dimensions are approximately 7.5' wide x 6' deep. This booth comes with a 6' x 2.5' table, and 2 chairs. This booth does not come with electrical access. Vendors must supply their own floor-length tablecloth.

Perimeter Table Booth:  

This booth is found along the wall of the room and includes electrical access. Booth dimensions are approximately 7.5' wide x 6' deep. This booth comes with a 6' x 2.5' table, 2 chairs, and electricity access. Must bring your own electrical cords and power strip (outlets are shared). Vendors must supply their own floor-length tablecloth.

Premium 8'x10' Booth in Ballroom:

This booth is found inside the ballroom and includes electrical access. Booth dimensions are approximately 8' wide x 10' deep. This booth comes with one 8' x 2.5' table, 2 chairs, and electricity access. Vendors may bring and use more tables, but may not exceed the 8x10 space. Must bring your own electrical cords and power strip (outlets are shared). Vendors must supply their own floor-length tablecloths.

Premium XL 12'x10' Booth in Entrance:

This booth is found outside the ballroom, in the garden terrace entrance, and will be the first booths seen by attendees as they enter the hotel. Booth dimensions are approximately 12' wide x 10' deep. This booth comes with one 8' x 2.5' table, 2 chairs, and electricity access. Vendors may bring and use more tables, but may not exceed the 8x10 space. Must bring your own electrical cords and power strip (outlets are shared). Vendors must supply their own floor-length tablecloths.

View the booth map here. Determine your top 2 booth location preferences and indicate those booth numbers in the spaces below. Booth locations ARE NOT GUARANTEED and are first come first serve. We do our best to accommodate, but reserve the right to place you in any available booth. 

MAKE SURE you choose a booth location preference that matches with your booth type above. If you choose a Perimeter Booth, you must choose a booth number found along the wall.

By signing below, paying for my booth, and submitting this registration form, I agree to all of the terms and conditions, rules and statements set forth herein. 

To pay for your booth, press "Purchase Booth" button below and wait for the card processing form to pop up. It can take up to 1 minute for this form to pop up so please be patient. If you do not pay for your booth, we will not receive your application.
